缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病的治疗效果和作用机制。方法选取潍坊市人民医院收治的120例原发性高血压伴肾衰竭患者作为临床研究对象,以单双号分组的方式分为2组。观察组(n=60)患者联合应用缬沙坦和叶酸进行治疗,对照组(n=60)患者单一应用缬沙坦进行治疗。2组患者治疗4周后评价治疗效果,测量2组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐、尿素氮和24 h尿蛋白定量。结果观察组患者治疗后的收缩压和舒张压显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),血肌酐、尿素氮和24 h尿蛋白定量检查结果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的显效率显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论联合应用缬沙坦和叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病患者总有效率高,同时显著降低血压、血肌酐、尿素氮和24 h尿蛋白定量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vallarta combined with folic acid in treatment of elderly hypertensive nephropathy.Methods 120 patients of essential hypertension with renal failure in Weifang People’s Hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even numbers.The observation group was given vallarta and folic acid,the control group were given vallarta.4 weeks later,the effect of two groups were evaluated.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure,serum cretonne,blood urea nitrogen and 24h urinary protein were measured before and after treatment. Results The patients after treatment systolic and diastolic pressure was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24h urine protein test results were better than control group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05),the obvious effective rate of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of valsartan and folic acid in treatment of elderly hypertensive nephropathy has a higher total effective rate,while significantly lower blood pressure,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24h urinary protein.
