团体活动式延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我效能的影响

摘　　要：目的通过实施团体活动式的延续护理以提高社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病COPD患者自我效能方法随机抽取长沙市某社区21例稳定期COPD患者为观察组另外抽取另一社区20例稳定期COPD患者为对照组对照组入组后由社区医护人员给予一般健康教育发放课题组编制的COPD自我管理知识手册观察组在此基础上接受每周1次每次约60min的团体活动式延续护理共8周结果观察组观察期间平均住院次数住院天数与总费用显著低于对照组干预结束和干预后6个月自我效能得分显著高于对照组P<0.05P<0.01结论团体活动式延续护理可以改善社区COPD患者的自我效能感减少患者住院次数及医疗费用。Objective To improve self- efficacy of community residents With chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) through a transitional care program involving group activities.Methods Wechose 21 COPD patients living in a cmmunity of Changsha as the observation group and anothe 20 patients from other cmmunity as the control group.The control group received routine health education from community health staffers and they were asked to read the self-management mannual compiled and issued by the researchers.The observation group additionally joint a transitional care program which involved 8 times of group activities,once a week.and about 60 min each time.Results:The average frequency of hospital admissions,length of hospital stay.and total expense,in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group.The observation group's self-efficacy scores measured at completion of the program and at 6 months after the program,were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion the transitional care Program involving group activities could enhance the self- efficacy of COPD patients,reduce the frequency of hospital admissions and medica lexpense.
