摘  要:基于自律分散思路,构建了数据管理平台;介绍了安全风险评估系统的设计思想和总体架构;详细阐述了电压安全风险评估的关键技术和功能模块;最后,以实例展示所提电压安全风险评估系统的应用效果,进行了电网在线风险评估。The traditional power system analysis is almost based on deterministic method. According to deterministic operation conditions,the traditional method can give the exact evaluation results,but it can't reflect randomness of faults in power system. In recent years,the risk assessment method is introduced into power system analysis.This method integrates randomness and economy loss caused by faults. It can analyze the safety of power system more comprehensively. This article preliminary tries to evaluate the static voltage security of Fujian grid by means of risk assessment method based on ' data management platform' which is based on autonomous decentralized method.
