摘　　要：The high-spin states in 86Sr were populated via the heavy-ion fusion-evaporation reaction 82Se(9Be,5n)86Sr at a beam energy of 53 MeV provided by the HI-13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy.A new dipole transition sequence,i.e.,457.5,493.8,506.9,476.4,575.6,and 616.8
