摘　　要：The favored diameter of holes at GEM foil is 70μm with a pitch of 140μm.The base material can be purchased from CERN and other companies.A lot of PCB technologies are applied during the manufacture of GEM foil.Recently,our group has already finished the following steps of GEM foil production.
