摘　　要：The fluorescence properties and stability of water-soluble carboxylated-capped and amino-capped CdSe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots were characterized.Two sets of quantum dots with excitation at365 nm and maximum emission at 555 nm were stable in aqueous solution.But the fluorescence intensity of both quantum dots decreased to different extents in acid,alkaline,and electrolyte solutions.Two
