小儿疤痕整形18例临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨如何提高小儿疤痕整形成功的方法。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的18例疤痕整形患儿的临床资料,行脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体头皮刃厚片复合移植修复治疗。结果:所有患儿术后2周移植皮片成活率为100%,其中15例完全成活,3例创面出现血肿创,疤痕愈合;6个月随访可见创面皮肤功能和形态恢复满意,关节处疤痕者关节功能正常,植皮厚度未见明显变薄。结论:脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体头皮刃厚片复合移植修复治疗小儿疤痕疗效满意,安全性高,值得广泛应用。Objective:To explore the method of the improvement of the success rate of scar surgery in children. Methods:Doing retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 18 cases of scar plastic children with acellular dermal matrix and autologous split thickness graft to repair scalp treatment. Results:The survival rate was 100% among all patients, of which 15 cases were survived completely, 3 cases had wound hematoma wound and scar healing; visible skin morphology and function in wound had recovery satisfaction after 6 months follow-up, with normal joint function on joint scar, with no obvious skin thickness thinning. Conclusion:Acellular dermal matrix and autologous split thickness graft to repair scalp treatment of scars had satisfactory curative effect with high safety, and is worthy of wide application.
