摘　　要：目的:探讨对整形美容手术产生影响的有关因素,并制定出相关防范措施,使不必要医疗纠纷减少。方法:选择曾于我院行整形美容手术对手术效果不满意者40例,对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,找出对美容整形效果产生影响的相关因素,并提出相关防范措施。结果:其中有25例是对手术过高期望,有8例患者是未适当掌握手术适应症或者是手术设计出现偏差,有7例患者是手术后发生感染;通过采取有效措施,所有患者对手术结果都基本满意,未发生医疗纠纷。结论:对整形美容手术产生影响的因素很多,医院要将技术水平提高,同时对于美容材料质量要严格把关,在手术进行之前要对患者做好护理,从而较少医疗纠纷的发生。Objective:To explore the related factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation, and formulating countermeasures to avoid unnecessary medical disputes. Methods:Selecting 40 patients who were treated in the hospital and felt unsatisfied with the operation, doing retrospective analysis of the patients’ clinical data, finding out the related factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation effect, and proposing related countermeasures. Results:25 patients’expectation was too high, 8 patients didn’t grasp the proper operation adaptation disease or their operation design appeared bias, 7 patients had infection after operation; Through effective countermeasures, all patients were satisfied with the operation basically, without medical disputes. Conclusion:There were a lot of factors influencing plastic and cosmetic operation. Hospitals should enhance technological level, control the plastic and cosmetic materials, and nurse patients well before operation to reduce the medical disputes.
