摘　　要：目的:探析腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿及足踝软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析在我院收治的48例小腿及足踝软组织缺损的病患,采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣进行修复,手术治疗后6~24个月进行随访并观察治疗效果。结果:6例皮瓣远端边缘局部坏死,42例皮瓣均成活,经过再次换药处理后,48例皮瓣全部成活。结论:通过腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣对小腿及足踝软组织缺损进行修复,不仅效果显著,手术操作也非常简单,值得在临床医学上被推广并应用。Objective:To explore the clinical result of sural nerve nutrient vessels of the skin flap on the defect repair in the lower leg and ankle. Methods:48 cases with leg and ankle soft tissue defect in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed, sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap was repaired, 6~24 months follow-up was done after surgery, and the efficacy of treatment was observed. Results:6 cases of skin flap had distal edge and local necrosis, transplanted tissues of 42 cases survived. After dealing with the dressing change again, transplanted tissues of 48 cases all survived. Conclusion:Through the defect repair of the sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap on the leg and ankle soft tissues, not only the result is effective, but also operation is very simple. So it is worth wide application in clinical medicine.
