脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植足踝创伤创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植足踝创伤创面的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我16例足踝创伤创面患者的病例资料,采取脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植对足踝创伤创面患者进行创面修复,创面面积为6cm×11cm^9cm×16cm,皮瓣面积为8cm×13cm^11cm×18cm。供皮区2例植皮修复,余直接缝合。结果:术后1例移植皮瓣下淤血拆除部分缝合线II期缝合修复外,15例足踝创伤创面患者移植的皮瓣全部I期成活,没有发生血管危象情况,供区愈合良好。随访5~18个月,足踝功能恢复较好,行走自由。结论:对足踝创伤创面患者进行脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植有着十分显著的临床效果,可以有效修复患者的软组织缺损。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of paraumbilical perforatorthoraco umbilical flap ankle trauma. Methods:Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 16 cases with ankle trauma, taking the paraumbilical perforator thoraco umbilical flap transplantation on ankle trauma treated with wound healing. The wound area was 6cm×11cm^9cm×16cm,and the flap area was 8cm×13cm^11cm×18cm. 2 cases had skin graft donor site, more than direct suture. Results:1 case had II sutures suture repair after the operation on skin flap of blood stasis removing. Flap transplantation in 15 cases with ankle wounds all survived in phase I, with no vascular crisis situation, and donor area healed. During 5~18 months follow-up, the foot function recovered better, and patients can walk freely. Conclusion:The ankle trauma treated with paraumbilical perforator thoraco umbilical flap transplantation has its significant clinical effect, can effectively repair patients’ soft tissue defect.
