中药外擦联合窄谱中波紫外线光疗治疗白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外擦联合窄谱中波紫外线光疗治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的白癜风患者50例,按随机数字表法将其分成A组25例,B组25例,B组单纯应用窄谱中波紫外线光疗法(NB—UVB光疗法)治疗,A组联合应用NB—UVB光疗+驱白酊治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:A组白癜风患者的治疗效果优于B组,A组治疗效果为显效、有效、无效的病例数为20例、4例、1例,临床治疗有效率为100.0%,高于B组的88.0%(P<0.05)。结论:中药外擦联合窄谱中波紫外线光疗治疗白癜风,效果显著,值得应用、推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine outside brush in the combination of narrow spectrum Uvb rays phototherapy in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods:Selecting 50 vitiligo patients in the hospital, and dividing them into group A and group B. Group B was treated with NB-UVB light therapy, group A was treated with the combination of NB-UVB phototherapy + white tincture treatment. Clinical outcomes were compared. Results:The treatment of vitiligo patients in group A was superior to group B. Markedly effective, effective, ineffective number of cases in the treatment effect of group A was was 20 cases, 4 cases and 1 case. The effective clinical treatment was 100.0%, which was higher than 88.0% in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine out side brush in the combination of narrow spectrum Uvb rays phototherapy in the treatment of vitiligo is significant, and it is worth the application and promotion.
