扣线皮内缝合应用于剖宫产手术腹部横切口的美容效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产手术腹部横切口皮内美容缝合应用扣线皮内缝合的美容效果。方法:本研究选择近年来在我院产科住院的剖宫手术产妇共210例,随机分为两组,观察组150例采用不可吸收扣线皮内美容缝合,对照组60例传统丝线向断缝合腹部皮肤。结果:观察组与对照组比较,伤口感染更少、术后疼痛较轻、且住院时间短(p<0.05),美容效果较佳。结论:剖宫产手术腹部切口应用不可吸收外科缝线即扣线皮内美容缝合美容效果可期,是一种较理想的缝合方法。Objective To explore the beauty abdominal transverse incision cesarean section intradermal absorbable sutures applied clinical effects synthetic lines. Methods In recent years our hospital inpatient obstetric maternal cesarean surgery of 210 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group using synthetic absorbable suture line and the control group to break the traditional silk suturing the abdominal skin. Results Compared with the control group, fewer wound infections, postoperative pain, and shorter hospital stay (p <0.05). Conclusion The application of abdominal incision cesarean section absorbable suture line of skin consecutive Beauty is an ideal suture methods.
