斯奇康注射液治疗31例急性泛发性扁平疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨斯奇康注射液治疗急性泛发性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法收集2012年1月至2014年1月期间,我院收治的急性泛发性扁平疣患者62例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例。观察组肌注斯奇康注射液治疗,对照组肌注射聚肌胞治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.8%,显著高于对照组的83.4%(P<0.05);两组的不良反应率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论斯奇康注射液治疗急性泛发性扁平疣疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To explore, kang injection in treatment of acute generalized hair flat warts clinical curative effect. Methods Collected during January 2012 to January 2012, our hospital in 62 cases of patients with acute extensive hair sex flat wart, randomly divided into observation group and control group, all 31 cases. Observation group intramuscular injection, injection treatment, the control muscle injection of muscle cell therapy, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 96.8%, significantly higher than that of control group 83.4% (P < 0.05); The rate of adverse reaction of the two groups have no obvious difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion kang injection in treatment of acute generalized hair flat warts curative effect is distinct, less adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization and application.
