摘　　要：目的探讨瘢痕疙瘩手术结合放疗的护理体会。方法对19例瘢痕疙瘩采用手术切除结合放疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结手术结合放疗的护理体会。结果随访12~24个月,19例患者手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,仅2例患者放疗后有轻微的不良反应,总有效率为100%。结论围手术期、放疗前后及出院随访全过程精心的护理,是瘢痕疙瘩治愈的重要保证。Object: To explore the nursing experience in keloid surgery combined with radiotherapy. Methods: The clinical data of 18 cases keloid surgery combined with radiotherapy were analyzed retrospectively, the successful experience of nursing of surgery combined with radiotherapy were summarized. Results: After 12~24 months followed up, 19 cases cut healed well in I phase, 2 cases occurred slight adverse reactions, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: A careful nursing is an important guarantee of keloid cure, in perioperative period, before and after radiotherapy and during follow-up.
