摘　　要：生态文明建设的关键任务在于建设和完善各个区域保护区网络,对其实施有效管理,使社会经济发展达到“现代化与自然共存”、“经济建设与生物多样性和文化多样性保护共存”的目标。很明显,必需把生态文明建设融合到经济、政治、文化和社会各方面建设的全过程,才有可能完成这项任务。本文就拟简要地探讨一下这方面的一些问题,提出相应建议,供有关方面参考。The key task of the ecological civilization construction is to construct and perfect protected area network of different regions, and to implement effective management for it, in order to attain social and economic development to the goal that "coexisting modernization and nature" and "coexisting economic construction and biodiversity and cultural diversity conservation". Very obviously, it is able to finish this task, needing to fuse ecological civilization construction into overall process of different constructions including economy, politics, culture and society. The paper simply deals with some problems of this aspect and proposes corresponding suggestions for related departments.
