高校校级学生组织党员服务站模式实践与思考——以福州大学为例

摘　　要：当前,高校校级学生组织中普遍存在党组织没有或不健全、党员比例低、流动性强、未亮出身份、作用不明显、学生骨干入党难等问题。在校级学生组织中成立党员服务站,这不仅是高校学生党建工作内容的有效拓展,也是对党的十八大报告中提出的建设"学习型、服务型、创新型"基层党组织的有益尝试,对于加强高校党建带团建工作和提升党建工作科学化水平具有重要的借鉴作用。Currently, there are some common problems in the university-level student organizations: lack or imperfection of Party organization, relatively low proportion of Party members, high mobility, not showing membership, having no influential model effect, difficulties for the core students to join the Party. The establishment of Service Station for Party Members in the universitylevel student organizations is not only an effective development of Party building work among undergraduates, but also a useful attempt for developing basic-level Party organizations with 'learning, service and innovation oriention', as proposed in the Report to the 18 th Party Congress. Furthermore, it can be used for reference in strengthening the work of promoting League development with Party building and in raising the scientific level of Party building in universities.
