大学生创业企业成长中的风险规避

摘　　要：随着就业压力的增大,越来越多的大学生选择自主创业。大学生创业,除了要面临初期的风险,更多的是应对企业成长中必然要面临的环境风险、管理风险、市场风险、财务风险,这四种风险之间相互有联系。大学生可以通过了解环境变化,完善应急措施;加强企业管理,建立监督机制;掌握市场动向,培养创新能力;明确财务动向,建立预算模型等方法和途径来规避风险,促进企业健康成长。With the increasing employment pressure, more and more graduates become self-employed. In addition to the initial risks, what their pioneering enterprises will face more is enterprise development is the four related risks: environment,management, market and finance. In order to promote enterprises to grow healthily, they can do the following:improve emergency measures by realizing environment changes; strengthen enterprise management and establish a supervision mechanism; grasp market trends and cultivate innovation ability; definite financial trends while creating ways and means, such as budget models,etc, to mitigate risks.
