农村残疾人就业影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：根据抽样调查数据,运用二分类Logistic回归模型,探讨、分析影响农村残疾人就业的因素。研究发现,文化程度、上年家庭纯收入、劳动能力等因素对农村残疾人就业具有显著正向影响;年龄、残疾等级、残疾人工作满意度对农村残疾人就业产生显著负向作用。此外,性别、婚姻状况对就业也有显著影响。研究结论对于推进农村残疾人就业具有参考价值。Based on the analysis of the survey data, Binary Logistic Regression Model is used to discuss and analyze the factors of the employment of the disabled in rural areas. It is found that such factors as education level, family net income in the previous year and labor ability have striking positive impacts on their employment, while age, deformity grade and degree of satisfaction play obvious negative parts in it. What is more, gender and marital status also have significant influences on employment. This study result has reference values in promoting it.
