区域协调发展视阈下的舟山群岛新区建设

摘　　要：浙江舟山群岛新区建设成为国家战略后,群岛区域协调发展问题已经变成了海岛地区可持续发展的体制性、全局性的根本问题。而要解决这一问题,需从海岛地区的具体实际出发,在海陆一体化、城乡一体化、岛群一体化、岛民市民化的(简称"四化")基础上,建立促进区域协调发展的组织机构,进行海岛一体化实质建设,完善相关支持体系建设,并健全相应的保障措施,才能最终实现群岛新区区域协调发展目标。As the construction of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area has become the national strategy, the coordinated development of island regions has become a fundamental institutional issue for the sustainable development of the archipelago. To solve this problem,it is necessary to start from the specific situation of island areas and achieve the integration of the sea and the land, the integration of the urban areas and the rural areas, islands integration, islanders' citizenization(referred to as the'four modernizations'). Based on these, we should establish organizations to promote coordinated development of regional integration and island construction in the real sense, improve the relevant supporting system construction, safeguard measures and perfect corresponding supporting measures, so as to finally realize the target of the harmonious development of the regional islands.
