摘　　要：目的了解起搏器现代多种功能并结合其优点,正确分析多种功能在动态心电图的表现。方法采用美高仪12导联动心电图仪对16例永久起搏器患者的24 h动态心电图检查结果进行分析。结果伴随起搏器现代功能的多样化,起搏器也在以更接近心脏生理功能的方式摸拟着正常心脏的搏动和传导。结论分析这类患者心电图时,应熟知所置入起搏器的功能和参数,以免误判。Objective To understand the modern multi-function of pacemaker and combine its advantages,in order to correctly analyze the performance of multi-function of pacemaker in dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods The results of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiograms of 16 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation were analyzed. Results With modern multi-function,the pacemaker was working close to the physical function of the heart by simulating normal heart beat and conduction. Conclusions The doctors should know the data and the function of the pacemakers implanted,when we analyse such patients' ECG.
