进境邮件中截获杂草疫情分析

摘　　要：随着国际交流的日益频繁和人民生活水平的提升,国际邮件往来越来越频繁。我国出入境检验检疫机构经常在这些邮件中发现外来杂草的果实或种子,其中甚至包括我国禁止入境的检疫性杂草。为了让口岸检疫人员及社会公众深入了解国际邮件携带杂草种子的危害性及加强邮检的重要性,本文对我国近年来进境邮件中截获的杂草种类、来源国家或地区、年度分布以及载体检疫物等进行了分析,并提出了检疫应对策略。With the increasing of international exchanges and the improving of people's living standard, international parcel exchanges became more frequent. The entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies in China always found exotic weed fruits or seeds in these parcels, including the prohibited quarantine weeds. In order to make the quarantine personnel and the public understand the harmfulness of weed seeds carried by international parcels and the importance of parcel quarantine, hazardous weeds which had been seized in imported parcels in recent years were analyzed.The quarantine strategy was also proposed in this article.
