摘  要:目的在视网膜激光损伤基础上,使用太子参皂苷提取物进行灌胃干预,通过对照分析其对于视网膜激光损伤光斑大小的影响。方法 58只青紫蓝兔随机分为A组(太子参组)、B组(生理盐水组)、C组(空白对照组),按视网膜光凝术后不同时间分为1 d、1周、2周、1个月四个亚组,在不同时间点分别进行光镜观察及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)测定。结果 A组光斑大小普遍小于B组,光凝术后1 d、1周、2周时差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),1个月时A组光斑大小则明显小于B组(P<0.05)。光凝后各时间点B组SOD含量均要显著低于A、C两组(P<0.001),1 d时A组SOD含量明显高于C组(P<0.001),其后1周时开始下降至低于C组(P=0.015),2周、1个月时A、C两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.065、0.159);同时各时间点A组的MDA含量要显著低于B组(P<0.05),1 d时A组、C组差异无统计学意义(P=0.105),其后1周、2周、1个月时,A组MDA含量均要低于C组(P=0.001、0.002、0.002)。结论太子参皂苷提取物可减小视网膜激光斑大小,抑制光凝术后组织SOD含量的减小同时可降低组织中MDA含量。Objective To study the protective effect of Radix Pseudostellariae extract on laser-induced retinal damage based on retinal photocoagulation model.Methods A total of 58 rabbits were randomly divided into group A(ginseng saponin extract orally)group B(equal amount of physiological saline)and group C(blank control)and subgrouped at 1 day,1 week,2 weeks,1 month after retinal photocoagulation,and the light microscopy was performed,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were also detected.Results The spot size of group A was smaller than that of group B,but there was no statistical difference at 1 day,1 week,2 weeks after retinal photocoagulation(all P>0.05),the difference only found at 1 month(P<0.05).At all time points the content of SOD in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and C(P<0.001),the content of SOD at 1 day in group A was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.001)and reduced to lower than that in group C at 1 week(P=0.015),at 2 weeks and 1 month there was no statistical difference between group A and C(P=0.065,0.159).The content of M DA in group A was significantly lower than that in group B at all time points(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between group A and C at 1 day(P=0. 105),but MDA content in group A was significantly lower than that in group C at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month(P=0.001,0.002,0.002).Conclusion Radix Pseudostellariae extract can decrease the spots size of retinal photocoagulation,inhibit the reduction of SOD content and reduce the MDA content.
