摘 要:离心选矿是一种分离细粒物料非常有效且环保的重选方法,近年来,对离心选矿装备的研究一直是国内外微细粒选矿的研究热点。总结了离心选矿装备技术的进展——多种新型离心选矿机相继问世,并且取得工业运用,它们的突出特点表现为连续性和多力场模式,但仍需要进一步开发新型简单高效的离心选矿机。离心选矿技术发展的主流是高效连续型和复合力场微细粒离心选矿机的开发和运用。Centrifugal concentration is an effective and environmental friendly way of gravity concentration for ultra fine particles. Over recent years, study on centrifugal separators has been a hot issue for concentration of ultra fine particles at home and abroad. In the paper, the progress in centrifugal concentration equipment and technology was summarized. Various new-type centrifugal separators were successively developed and put into industrial use. Although they behaved continuously and in compound force field mode, it was necessary to develop new type of simple-structured and efficient centrifugal separator. The mainstream about centrifugal concentration was to develop and apply efficient and continuously-operating centrifugal separators in effect of compound force field for ultra fine particles.
