摘  要:为了提高XG953型装载机的热平衡性能,针对机罩的原结构和几种改造结构,利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,计算分析了机罩内冷却风流场,探索了准确计算流场的方法,获取了流动的细节数据,分析了原结构及改造结构中风道对冷却风的影响。由此可知,在满足改造工作量小、成本较低的要求下,采用封堵或尽量减小散热器周边间隙以及机罩出风口尽量靠上部的改进措施,可明显提高散热效果。对合理设计机罩及冷却风流道,改善整机热状态具有较大的指导意义。In order to improve the thermal balancing properties of XG953 loader, CFD technology was used to calculate and analyze the cooling air flow field in original hood and several structurally improved hoods, and explored the methods of exactly calculating the flow field. In addition, detailed flowing data were obtained, and the influences of air passage layout of the original hood and the structurally improved hoods on cooling air were analyzed. Therefore, on the premise of less improvement duty and low improvement cost, improvement measures could be applied such as sealing, narrowing gaps around radiator as well as placing hood outlet on the top as much as possible, thus the radiation effect could enhance obviously. The research possessed some guidance for reasonable design of the hood and cooling air flow passage as well as improvement of radiation effect of the loader.
