摘  要:针对煤矿用调度绞车跳绳、咬绳的问题,通过链传动和运用大减速比标准减速器将卷筒的运动按照一定的传动比进行变速,驱动圆柱凸轮机构运动,并将运动形式由转动变为圆柱凸轮从动件直线运动,实现调度绞车的排绳。基于该方法在SolidWorks中建立排绳机构模型,并在ADAMS中进行仿真分析,验证其可行性。In view of the problem of scheduling winch in collieries such as rope tying and rope stacking, chain transmission and standard reducer with large reduction ratio were applied to make the winch drum move as variable speed as to fixed transmission ratio, so as to drive the cylindrical cam mechanism. Thus the rotation altered to linear movement of the cylindrical cam as driven part, so as to realize the winch rope arrangement. The rope-arranging mechanism was modeled by the method in SolidWorks, and simulated in ADAMSA. Its feasibility was verified.
