摘 要:设计了一种绞车-液压缸带式输送机张紧装置,通过分析蓄能器在液压张紧装置中的作用和对性能的影响,指出了蓄能器保压时间与液压缸、管路和液压单向阀的泄漏密切相关,得出了蓄能器保压时间的近似计算方法,进一步给出了蓄能器容量大小与系统保压时间的关系,使保压蓄能器容量的计算得以简化,并进行了实例计算。结果表明,该方法计算结果合理可信,可为其他液压系统保压蓄能器保压时间的计算提供参考。A take-up for the belt conveyor driven by winch and hydraulic cylinder was designed. Through analyzing the role of the accumulator in the hydraulic take-up and its affect on the performance of the take-up,the paper pointed out the pressure-holding duration of the accumulator was related to the leakage of hydraulic cylinder, pipeline and check valve, and deduced the method of approximately calculating the pressure-holding duration of the accumulator. In addition, it offered the relationship between the accumulator volume and the pressure-holding duration of the system. Thus, the calculation of the accumulator volume were simplified, and calculation example was executed. The results showed that the reasonable calculation results were obtained by the method, which offered references for the calculation of the pressure-holding duration of the accumulator in other hydraulic system.
