摘 要:简要介绍了AGMA标准中开式圆柱齿轮传动的强度计算方法,针对该标准中弯曲几何系数计算过程复杂、不便于工程应用的问题,提出了一种弯曲几何系数的工程实用算法。该算法以齿轮副基本几何参数与运动参数作为输入量,依据Lewis抛物线理论与齿根过渡曲线参数方程,精确计算弯曲几何系数,并实现了该计算过程的程序化。在此基础上,开发了AGMA标准下开式圆柱齿轮传动的强度计算程序,并进行算例验证,实现了AGMA标准下磨机开式齿轮传动的自动化设计。The paper briefly introduced the method of calculating the transmission strength of the open cylindrical gear by AGMA standard. In view of unsuitable application to project due to complicated calculation process of the bending geometric coefficient in the standard, the paper proposed a practical algorithm of bending geometric coefficient. In the algorithm, basic geometric parameters and kinematic parameters of the gear pair served as the input, the bending geometric coefficient was precisely calculated according to Lewis parabola theory and dedendum transition parametric equation. In addition, the programming of the calculation process was realized. And then, the calculation program of the transmission strength of the open cylindrical gear was developed based on AGMA, and a calculation example was offered for verification. Thus, the automated design of the open cylindrical gear in mills based on AGMA was realized.
