摘  要:以新型开闭式锥齿破碎机低速轴为研究对象,基于SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对其进行应力分析,得到了应力和安全系数云图。在满足结构功用和安全强度的条件下,对低速轴的结构进行优化设计,减轻了质量,降低了成本,取得了良好的效果,并在实际工程中得到了验证。The Low-speed axis of a new-type retractable bevel-geared crusher serving as the research objective, its stress was analyzed based on the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation, and the stress and the safety coefficient contours were obtained. On the premise of guaranteeing the structural function and the security strength, the low-speed axis was structurally optimized, thus obvious results were achieved with reduced mass and cost. Moreover, the structural optimization was verified in practical application.
