摘 要:以某煤矿选矿厂风机为研究对象,通过现场实测得出了风机机房噪声频谱图,在此基础上结合设备特点分析了厂房噪声源。基于分析结果提出了通风吸声罩降噪方案和满足矿用大功率风机的通风结构,并对系统通过风速、高频失效频率、二次噪声和动压损失进行了计算。现场安装测试结果表明,降噪方案可行,装置安装简便,降噪效果明显,满足了现场要求。The fan in a concentrator served as the research object, and its noise spectrum of the fan room was obtained by field measurement. After that, in combination with the fan features, the noise sources of the room were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the denoising scheme of soundproof enclosure and the ventilation structure meeting the requirements of large-powered mine fans were proposed. In addition, the wind flow, high-frequency failure frequency, secondary noise and dynamic pressure loss were calculated. Field test showed that the denoising scheme was feasible, the installation was simple, the denoising effects were obvious, which met field requirements.
