摘　　要：简要介绍了范各庄选煤厂3NWX1000/700型重介质旋流器基本运行情况,通过单机的检查数据对设备分选效果进行分析,认为该旋流器总体运行良好,但细粒煤分选恶化以及二段分选不佳的问题仍然存在。通过分析探讨,提出了通过增强介质入料压力以及提高循环介质中煤泥含量,以达到提高分选效果的目的。The paper briefly introduced the operating status of 3NWX1000/ 700 dense medium cyclone in Fan'gezhuang Coal Washery. According to single machine checking data, it was considered that the dense medium cyclone operated well, although the separation of fine coal deteriorated and second-stage separation effects were poor. After analysis and discussion, the paper presented that increase in medium feeding pressure and slime content in medium could enhance the separation efficiency.
