摘 要:根据电磁激励红外热像无损检测的基本原理,笔者以存在表面缺陷的316不锈钢平板的对接焊缝为检测对象,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立激励线圈数值模型,通过改变激励线圈的长度、偏移量、内径及壁厚,观察钢板上的热量分布情况,得出缺陷处表面的最大温差和最佳理论检测时间长等缺陷的可检测性规律,从而为红外热像无损检测中激励线圈的研发提供了科学依据。According to the basic principle of NDT(non-destructive testing) by electromagnetically stimulated infrared thermography, butt weld seam of 316 stainless steel plate with surface defects served as the study object, ANSYS was applied to establish the numerical model of the exciting coil. After observing variation of thermal distribution of the steel plate with the coil length, offset, inner diameter and wall thickness, the detection laws such as the maximum surface temperature difference at defects and the optimal theoretical detection duration were obtained, which offered scientific basis for the development of exciting coil used for NDT by electromagnetically stimulated infrared thermography.
