摘  要:本文通过对比GTAW焊、MIG焊、CMT冷弧焊3种焊接方法的不同线能量对TA2焊缝焊接变形的影响,发现CMT施焊时,焊接变形量最小,仅为GTAW焊的65.6%。同时,焊接线能量的不同,会导致不同的焊缝残余应力,传统的GTAW焊高于MIG焊的,而MIG焊高于CMT焊的,在现有的焊接方法施焊时,CMT冷弧焊的焊后残余应力最小,仅为GTAW焊的40%。In this paper,the effect of heat inputs on the deformation of TA2 weld was investigated adopting the procedures of GTAW welding,MIG welding and CMT cold arc welding. The test indicates that CMT cold arc welding contributes the minimum welding deformation,which is just 65. 5% of the GTAW welding deformation,while welding energy input has impact on residual stress of welding. The residual stress of the welding of traditional GTAW weld is higher than that of MIG weld,and MIG weld is higher than CMT weld. The residual stress of CMT weld is just 40% of that of GTAW weld.
