摘 要:采用185℃温度对尾赤桉木材进行了热处理研究,并对处理材和素材进行了物理、力学性能对比研究。结果表明:热处理提高了尾赤桉木材的尺寸稳定性,在环境温度30℃,相对湿度45%~90%变化范围内,处理材含水率的变化比素材降低了30.6%,顺纹、径向、弦向尺寸变化率分别减少了25.4%、25.2%、33.8%;处理后顺纹抗压强度降低了14.8%;径切面、弦切面、端面的硬度分别升高了33.1%、12.8%、1.4%;抗弯强度降低了43.8%;弹性模量增加了37.2%。The E.urophylla×E.camaldulensis were treated under 185℃ thermal surrounding,whose physical and mechanical properties were analyzed by contrasting before and after heating treatments.The results indicate that the heating treatments significantly promoted the dimensional stability of E.urophylla×E.camaldulensis;the moisture content heating-treated were reduced by 30.6%,the dimensional decrease rates of longitudinal,radial,tangential of the bamboo wood were respectively 25.4%,25.2%,33.8%,lower than the normal bamboo wood under the conditions of 30 ℃ and relative humidity 45%~90%.After being heat-treated,the compressive strength for parallel to grain direction decreased by 14.8%;the surface hardness of radial section,tangential section,and cross-section increased by 33.1%,12.8%,1.4% separately;the modulus of rupture(MOR) lessened by 43.8%;the modulus of elasticity(MOE) enchanced 37.2%.
