摘　　要：本文简述了中国进出境动植物检疫在近代兴起的社会历史背景和国家行为建立的过程,并简要分析了近代中国进出境动植物检疫的特点与作用。This paper briefly outlined the social historical background of the prosperity of import-export animal and plant quarantine in modern history,and the process of establishment of the national activity.The characteristic and significance of import-exit animal and plant quarantine of modern history were also discussed.
