摘 要:斑翅果蝇(Drosophila suzukii Matsumura,1931)是樱桃、葡萄等软皮水果上的重要害虫。本文在室内实验条件下对斑翅果蝇生物学特性进行了较为系统研究。结果表明:斑翅果蝇在6~18点羽化百分率达80.17%,羽化后20~41.5 h(29.51±1.34 h)开始交配。成虫寿命、产卵与温度密切相关,补充营养能显著延长成虫寿命。斑翅果蝇生长、发育和繁殖的适宜温度为22~25℃。22℃和25℃时平均产卵量分别为407.07粒和516.38粒。发育起点温度和世代有效积温分别为10.90℃和154.16日度。温度与发育历期呈显著的负相关(r=-0.901)。本研究为斑翅果蝇风险评估、检疫处理以及田间防治技术研究提供了重要的基础资料。The spotted wing drosophila,Drosophila suzukii Matsumura,is an important pest that has caused significant damage to cherries,grapes and other soft-skin fruits.The bionomics of the spotted wing drosophila was systematically observed and studied in the laboratory.The results showed that their emergence percentage was 80.17% during 6:00-12:00am and 12:00-18:00pm,mating began 20-41.5 h(29.51±1.34 h)after emergence.Their adult longevity and oviposition were related significantly to temperature.The adult longevity was prolonged by supplementary nutrition.The suitable temperature of their development and fecundity was 22℃-25℃.The spotted wing drosophila laid 407.7 and 516.38 eggs on average at 22℃ and 25℃,respectively.The thermal threshold temperature and the effective accumulated temperature for the development were 10.90℃ and 154.16 day-degree,respectively.The developmental duration was correlated negatively with temperature(r =-0.901).This study provided the important basic information for the technique of quarantine treatment and field control of the spotted wing drosophila.
