摘  要:对不同地理来源的向日葵黑茎病菌的ITS基因、Actin基因和EF基因进行测序,结合GenBank中的同源序列,对这3种基因的序列进行比对分析和系统进化分析,探讨ITS、Actin以及EF基因用于向日葵黑茎病菌的种内鉴定以及其系统进化的可行性。结果表明:ITS序列和Actin序列比较保守,无法作为种内鉴定的依据。EF基因序列其变异几率比较高,不同地理来源的菌株在EF-1α基因序列上表现出了比较大的差异,可以用于种内亲缘关系的研究。The ITS genes,Actin genes and EF genes of sunflower black stem germs which from different sources were sequenced,by comparative analysis of these gene sequences with Clastal 2.0,MEGA5.0 etc,combined with the homologous series of GenBank,to discusses the feasibility of ITS,Actin and EF genes used for the intraspecific identification of sunflower black stem germs and system evolution.The sequence analysis results showed that,ITS sequence and Actin sequence were more conservative,which could not serve as a basis for intraspecific identification.The mutation probability of EF gene sequence was higher,different strains presented larger differences in EF gene sequence,which could be used in the analysis of intraspecific genetic relationship.
