摘 要:以硝酸铝、异丙醇铝和正硅酸乙酯为原料,以去离子水为溶剂,采用溶胶凝胶法在金刚石表面包覆莫来石涂层,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等测试方法,对包覆涂层后的金刚石表面形貌、结构以及热性能等进行了分析。结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶法包覆后,在金刚石表面可以形成连续的莫来石涂层,化学组成属典型的莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)结构。包覆莫来石涂层改善了金刚石表面的化学结构和热性能,在出现明显的失重速率加快之前几乎没有出现热失重现象,使金刚石的抗氧化温度提高了75℃。In order to increase the thermal properties of diamonds,a mullite film was coated on the surface of diamonds by a sol-gel method,using Al( NO 3) 3 ·9H 2 O,aluminium isopropoxide and tetraethoxysilane as raw materials and water as solvent. The surface morphology,structure and oxidation resistance properties of the coated diamonds were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),thermogravimetry( TG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) and so on. A continuous mullite film could be formed on the surface of diamond,which was 3Al 2 O 3 ·2SiO 2. The mullite film could apparently modify the chemical structure of surface of diamonds and increase the oxidation resistance property of the coated diamonds. It was shown that the coated diamonds did not behave significant thermal weight loss and the oxidation resistant temperature of the coated diamonds was increased by 75 ℃ compared with that of uncoated ones.
