摘  要:通过POM、DSC以及流变测试系统考察了成核剂(PPZn)及其完善剂(E61)对PLA结晶形貌及其结晶能力的影响.POM结果表明PPZn和E61对PLA的结晶形态的影响随两者含量的变化而变化.加入低含量的PPZn可诱导PLA得到一定完善程度的球晶,而较高含量的PPZn能够诱导PLA基体得到针状晶体.通过添加少量E61可使在PPZn较高含量下的PLA针状晶体转变为球晶.但更高含量E61的添加却使PPZn的成核作用受到抑制,再次生成针状晶体,且E61含量越高,抑制作用越明显.DSC和流变测试进一步证明PPZn可显著提高PLA的结晶能力、有效地缩短基体结晶时间,而E61的添加对PLA的结晶速率影响不大.The effect of nucleating agent(zinc phenylphosphonate,PPZn) and its adjuvant(E61) on the crystallization morphology and capacity of poly(lactic acid)(PLA) was investigated.The crystallization morphologies of PLA are varied with the content of PPZn and E61.PPZn can effectively act as nucleus sites of PLA when the content of PPZn is 0.1 wt%,and spherical crystal of PLA is obtained.However,needle-like crystal is observed with an increase of PPZn(≥0.3 wt%) owing to the self-assembly of PPZn.The effect of E61 on the crystallization morphologies of PLA is further investigated when the content of PPZn is fixed at 0.3 wt%.The needle-like crystal of PLA without E61 changes to spherical crystal with low content of E61(≤0.06 wt%),which may be attributed to the improvement of crystal growth mainly on the short axis but not on the long axis of PPZn.While a higher content of E61(≥ 0.15 wt%) can inhibit the crystal growth of PLA,resulting in the formation of needle-like structure.In addition,the inhibition of E61 with 0.3 wt% shows more serious than that with 0.15 wt% E61.The results of DSC and rheological test demonstrate that the crystallization rate can be obviously improved by the introduction of PPZn,while the addition of E61 has little effect on that of PLA.
