摘　　要：少数民族地区的各级党组织,是中国共产党的基层党组织,肩负着加强自身建设,带领民族地区各族人民实现小康,促进民族地区经济社会和谐发展和国家繁荣富强的光荣使命。本文从内向分析、纵向分析、横向分析和趋向分析的角度论述改进和完善少数民族学习型党组织建设的必要性。Minority areas of the Party organizations at all levels, is a Chinese Communist Party organization at the basic level, Shoulder to strengthen self construction, to lead the people of all ethnic groups in ethnic minority areas to achieve comparatively well-off, promote harmony of society of ethical region economy development and national rich, strong and prosperous of the glorious mission. This article from the"four to analysis"(inward analysis, longitudinal analysis, lateral analysis and trend analysis) point of view on the improvement and perfection of national minority the learning Party organization construction necessity.
