摘　　要：本文针对新时期90后大学生个性独立、自我约束力较弱、心理脆弱等特点,提出在军训中需注意应用多种激励手段激励引导学生,使军训工作正常有效的开展。This article in view of the new era, university students with independent personality, ego sanction weaker, psychological vulnerability.
