摘　　要：高校学生党支部在高校中扮演者非常重要的一个角色,是高校学生自我锻炼、自我提高的一个好去处。高校学生党支部对学生起着良好的辅助作用,包括思想教育作用、桥梁作用、纽带作用、管教作用以及推动作用等。因此,高校必须极大对学生党支部的相关建设,最大限度地发挥学生党支部的作用及功效,提高学生的自我能力。然而,在现实的高校学生党支部建设中存在着许多的问题亟待解决,高校管理者必须在探索和实践的过程中采取相应的有效措施来进行学生党支部建设。The university student Party branch plays a very important role in colleges and universities, is a good place for college students' self exercise, self enhancement. The university student Party branch plays a good assistant effect on students, including the role of ideological education, the role of a bridge, link, discipline and promotion. Therefore, the construction of student Party branch must be related to the maximum, to maximize the role and function of the Party branch of students, improve students' ability of self. However, in the construction of college student Party branch in reality there are many problems to be solved, university administrators must be in the process of exploration and practice effective measures for the construction of student Party branch.
