摘　　要：目前,在以英语为第二语言(ESL)的教学中,语法教学的趋势是既重视语法的形式,也重视语法在具体语境中的使用。这种趋势可以在任务型教学法的新发展中和三维语法教学法中体现出来。这种趋势对我国的基础英语教学也有积极的借鉴作用。Nowadays, the most sensible approach to grammar instruction appears to be an eclectic one that combines a focus on form with contextualized, communicative use of the target structure. This feature is evident in the new development of the task-based language teaching and Larsen-Freeman’s three-dimensional grammar model. This feature would have a positive influence on the grammar instruction for beginning learners in China.
