高校学生思想政治教育与学生管理有效结合

摘　　要：自古以来,对于高校而言,学生管理与思想教育都是两个不可分割的重要部分,将两者有机结合能够相互促进,提高高校管理有效性。本文基于高校教学发展模式的特点,分析了目前思想教育与学生管理有机结合之间存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了几点解决策略,旨在帮助提高高校管理的有效性。Since ancient times, student management and ideological education are two important indivisible parts for the university, the combination of the two can promote each other, enhance the validity of university management. In this paper, based on characteristics of university teaching mode of development, analyzes the existing problems in the organic combination of ideological education and student management, and put forward some solving strategies, aims to help improve the effectiveness of management in colleges and universities.
