摘　　要：本文通过对日本和美国的农超对接供应链合作关系进行深入研究,在总结归纳不同国家农超对接供应链合作关系特征的基础上,进行比较分析,总结规律,并对我国农超对接供应链合作关系模式的选择思路提出建议。This thesis makes an in-depth research of farming-supermarket docking in cooperative relations between Japan and America. Based on summarizing features of farming-supermarket docking in cooperative relations in different countries, the thesis compares and analyzes to sum up laws, and finally proposes the strain of thoughts on farming-supermarket docking in cooperative relations in our own country.
