摘　　要：半工半读是教育与生产劳动相结合的教育制度。通过总结重庆水利电力职业技术学院组织水利专业高职学生参加水利调查的经验,提出了保障"半工半读"人才培养模式顺利实施的对策及建议。The part-time program is education system of the combination of education and production. Through the summary of the experience of Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College professional students to participate in water conservancy survey, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for implementation of culture security "work-study" talent.
