摘　　要：本文通过对实物期权理论的介绍以及其在进行专利权评估上的运用,简要分析了利弊,并给出了合适的专利权价值评估公式。In this paper, through the introduction of the real options theory and use during patent assessment, a brief analysis of the pros and cons, and given the appropriate patent valuation formula.
