新疆塔塔尔语濒危状态现状分析

摘　　要：中国塔塔尔族人口仅为3556人,有本民族的语言,主要集中在新疆乌鲁木齐市、伊犁、塔城、阿勒泰地区以及昌吉回族自治区奇台县大泉塔塔尔乡等地。目前,塔塔尔族主要以维吾尔语和哈萨克语为交际工具,而本民族语言已处于濒危状态,仅在少数老年人当中和家庭中使用,青少年和儿童普遍不会说塔塔尔语。本文通过对新疆塔塔尔族濒危现状进行分析,指出为了保护语言文化多样性的存在;为了保持人类文明的持续发展;我们应采取"制定合适的双语政策"等措施,进一步遏制塔塔尔语的消亡过程。Chinese Tatar population is only 3556 people, has the national language, mainly in Xinjiang Urumqi, Yili, Tacheng, Aletai and Changji Hui autonomous region, Tatar township of Qitai county. At present, the Tatar mainly in Uyghur and Kazakh language as a communication tool, and the language is endangered, used only in a few older people and families, teenagers and children generally do not speak Tatar language. Through the analysis of Xinjiang Tatar endangered status, points out that in order to protect the cultural and linguistic diversity;in order to maintain the sustainable development of human civilization;we should take"appropriate bilingual policy"and other measures, to curb the further process of Tatar.
