高师院校实习支教学生精细化管理模式探析

摘　　要：实习支教是目前我国地方师范院校广泛开展的一种教育实习模式。由于实习支教学生在时间空间上的异化,原有学生校本管理模式出现了难点与困境。而运用精细化管理理念,建立分层管理制度,拓展网络管理平台以及培养学生自我成长意识是对高师院校实习支教学生管理模式的新探索。Teaching practice is the practice mode of a kind of education developed widely in China at present in local normal universities. Because of the alienation of practice teaching of students in time and space, the original student school-based management pattern emerges difficulties and dilemma. The use of fine management concept, establishing hierarchical management system, developing platform of network management and the training of students' self-development consciousness is a new exploration of teaching management mode of students practice in higher normal university.
