摘　　要：新时期新背景下,加强对于民办高校内部管理体制改革问题及对策的分析有着重要的现实意义。本文旨在研究我国内部管理体制现状,为我国民办高校在内部管理体制建设方面的进一步发展提供一些可行性的思路。In the context of the new era, to strengthen the private colleges internal management system problems and countermeasures analysis has important practical significance. This paper aims to study China's internal management system of the status quo, and for the further development of private higher learning in the construction of the internal management system to provide some of the feasibility of the idea.
