摘　　要：本文运用文献综述法,通过对高校排球教学目标导向体系的设计与构建的探讨,指出建立科学有效的高校排球教学目标导向体系,是实现高校排球教学科学化管理的重要措施,有利于高校排球教学活动的规范,使得教学活动的各个相关环节能够凸显目的性与指向性,这对于提高高校排球教学的效果,推动高校排球教学的可持续发展,具有重要的参考与应用价值。In this paper, using literature review method, through the design and construction of objective system of college volleyball teaching, points out that the establishment of a scientific and effective college volleyball teaching objective system, is an important measure to realize the scientific management of college volleyball teaching, is conducive to the specification of teaching activities in university volleyball, makes all relevant aspects of teaching activities convex eye-catching and directivity, this has important reference and application value to improve university volleyball teaching effect, promote the sustainable development of college volleyball teaching.
